Issues regarding efficiency, transparency and quality of care cannot be answered adequately without thorough provision of information. Thorough provision of information is based on a clearly defined need for information describing the information required to realise the organisation’s objectives. Based on the organisation’s (information) strategy, information management manages and controls these activities and tools required to meet an organisation’s need for information. In this context, IVZ can both advise in the field of information strategy and implement the development, structuring and management (undertaking) of the required information infrastructure (organisation, processes, systems).
