Organisational structure

The IVZ foundation has two working groups: the Care Data Management foundation and the IVZ Services foundation. Each has its own primary tasks. The foundations have a not-for-profit character. The IVZ Foundation is organised according to a Board model. The daily management and responsibility resides with the director.

A Board of Trustees oversees the functioning of the director and the entire organisation. They also monitor the financial and substantive frameworks.

The administrative structure includes all facilities with which IVZ maintains relations. Through this chosen structure, all institutions participate in the Board of Trustees, or at least have the possibility of doing so. In addition, the Board of Trustees is expanded to include members with a subject-specific background.

The execution of daily activities is entrusted to the IVZ office. This office is headed by a directorate, which is supported by an office manager and a staff.
